Wood Working - Projects

Thanks a bunch Greg, for offering to have our boys come over and make their own little project in you shop. 

Nothing like a nice hands on project with sweet tools to pull off a project you're proud of.  

Daniel started off making a Bowl out of Birch. Greg had lots of different woods around. Quite a big stack in front of his house from a tree that was cut down.  He recommended a wood like birch for lathe work. 

Tristian project was a vase. This also worked well on the lathe. He choose a very colourful piece of wood that looked really nice. 

Connor and Nathan missed a couple earlier sessions so we'll see what they end up making
