Willow Park / Maple Ridge Scout Recipes

Breakfast Burritos - great breakfast and clean up's a snap.

Ingredients

1 cup chopped vegetables

2 eggs

1 cup shredded cheese

Salt and pepper

Diced Cooked ham

Zip lock baggies

Package soft taco shells or make then (see camp with Julio Fernandez)  

 

 

In a pot bowl mix vegetables, etc.

  1. Bring a large cauldron of water to a boil.
  2. Fill a zip lock bag with the burrito fixings of choice.
  3. Break in 1 to 2 eggs into bag - less shell.
  4. Zip the bag closed and toss in boiling water.
  5. Boil for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Dine right out of your bag or dump onto taco shell and roll up.
  7. Wash out bag and reuse for tomorrows breakfast.
